Module 1: Transportation Occurrence Prevention Programme (TOPP) Duration is 16 hours. Module 2: Transportation Safety Investigation Programme (TSIP) Duration is 80 hours Module 3: Human Factors in the Transport Sector Duration is 8 hours Module 4: Transportation of Dangerous Goods Duration is 8 hours Module 5: Safety Management System (SMS) for Surface Transport Duration is 8 hours Note to potential trainees: TLC has a strict policy on the fees refund in case of any cancellation of a course. This will be 100% refund less bank charges, but if preferred, the trainee may propose that the money be kept by TLC till the course has been undertaken. COURSE FEES: Maximum Fee will be US$3.9K per course per person but could be slightly lower depending on the type of accommodation preferred i.e. sharing a twin, taking single or double room. Providing AIG technical assistance to States for improving Effective Implementation (EI) as well as ICAO compliance; Providing accident technical investigation service or advice to governments, insurance companies, embassies, and individual families; Conducting feasibility studies or technical assessment for airports, airlines, or any other aircraft operator; Administering Sub-Saharan African Aviation Safety Reporting System (SSAASRS) - collect information on hazards, incidents, and near misses, analyze it and produce de-identified Safety Briefs or Safety Reports to member communities; Setting up Safety Management System (SMS) and conducting the Gap Analysis for transport operators including airlines, airports, etc.; Offering air, rail, road, and sea freight services, as well as passenger services; Providing aircraft leases, hire, and sales, plus relevant spare parts and other related supplies in between, for far less than 5% brokerage fee; and Offering any other transport or logistics related service to improve safety or provide quality service to TLC's valued customers. Sikwane Supermarket & General Dealer

TLC t/a Sikwane General Dealer (SGD): This is the latest acquisition by TLC. The history of SGD is intertwined with that of Sikwane Village. This shop was the very first store from the early 1960s if not late 1950s. The shop holds a lot of memories, both pleasant and unpleasant ones. The other unique feature about SGD is that of all the shops currently trading in Sikwane, this is the only other shop (besides Phaphamang General Dealer) operated by someone born and bred in Sikwane Village and thus the shop being sentimental to him, as it is to many other villagers. All other similar shops are operated by foreigners (eseng beng gae). But, nevertheless, SGD is ready to take up the challenge and compete in a level-playing field. To this end, our customers are encouraged to always drop in and check our different Combos. Furthermore, we now have Prepaid Plus which enables us to provide customers with BPC (electricity), DSTV, and airtime for all the three service providers in the country!
