A) TLC continues to offer quality consultation and training in the transportation safety area. Courses offered include: Air Safety Investigation; Human Factors in Aviation; Safety Management System (SMS); and Introduction to the Transportation of Dangerous Goods. With so many ICAO Contracting States having low AIG Effective Implementation scores of below the global average of 55.28%, TLC has adopted a Simulated Approach whereby accident investigation is simulated with multiple factors and the different steps covered as part of investigation lead to the development and implementation of one procedure or the other, which can be part of evidence during ICAO Audits or ICVMs. B) Lately, TLC (acquired and) is operating the Sikwane General Dealer (SGD). Though still in its developmental stages, SGD promises to bring a new experience to the retail industry. The TLC Management has prioritized as their core values: Quality Service, Affordability, and Botho. C) As part of its future plans, an entertainment resort featuring a Virtual Reality (VR) THEME PARK is envisaged. This is a promising and lucrative concept that'll add a spark in the entertainment industry in Botswana. A one-stop-shop that'll encompass the Park, mini-Shopping Complex, Lodge & Camping Site, etc.
