Having just completed MTSTP with TLC, I feel greatly privileged and well equipped to confidently perform my duties. The course was vibrant, loaded, informative, and fun. The instructor shared so much with passion and dedication. I also enjoyed the bit about SSAASRS, I value the free gift (i.e. Roadmap to the Just Culture concept). But as for Module 2 of the course, that was what I had always wanted since I joined this industry, and I have no regrets, having enrolled for this course. I got true value for my money, and I encourage everybody out there (who is into safety) to do MTSTP.

As an expat officer in one of the Sub-Saharan African (SSA) countries, I was particularly interested in the SSAASRS. This is a program similar to the one that has been administered by National Aeronautics and Space Agency (NASA) for years. It has proved to be a positive tool for air accident prevention in North America and I was so happy to see something similar being introduced in the SSA. TLC is truly a visionary consulting entity dedicated to safety in the region's aviation industry.

I enrolled for the Multimodal Transportation Safety Training Program (MTSTP) recently and the experience was awesome. As an ad-hoc investigator for the National Rail Safety Investigation Board, the course was an eye opener for me. Everything was magical, the live examples or case studies by the instructor were vibrant and informative. I also enjoyed Module 5 about SMS for the surface transport sector and I wished my boss was part of the class, so he could probably go back and introduce R-SMS for our corporation.
